Mr. McElroy has been providing consulting services to financial institutions for more than 25 years. In 1989, he founded Biltmore Management Group, a full-service financial institution consulting firm. He sold the firm to Sheshunoff Management Services in 2003 and worked for Sheshunoff in various capacities after the sale. Among other positions, he served as Managing Director of the firm's national risk management consulting practice. In 2007, Mr. McElroy organized Risk Management Partners, LLC. The firm provides various risk management consulting services to financial institutions in several states. Mr. McElroy serves as the company's President and is very active in providing consulting services to the firm's clients.
